Tranquility Nursing and Rehab provides specialized care to people with brain injury and advanced pulmonary disease. Our services are effective in helping residents return home.  Our culture is tranquil and homelike. At Tranquility, residents come first. We are the only skilled nursing facility in Indiana specializing in long-term care for those recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury.  TBI may arise from concussion, stroke and other brain damage that causes impaired cognitive, neurological, physical and metabolic challenges.  Our patients tend to be younger, therefore our culture is not that of a typical nursing home. ​

We also treat people who need Vent Care.  Our compassionate staff makes your loved one the priority. Many of our residents also receive tracheotomy care. Our goal is to help your loved one reach their highest level of living. ​ ​

​ Our goal is to maintain a “tranquil and peaceful” environment, without the traditional sounds of the average nursing home. One way we do that is with our hospital-grade oxygen system that eliminates the need for noisy tanks in residents’ rooms. ​​​

Tranquility is privately owned and does not have layers of managers. We select only the most dedicated, licensed and professional staff who see their work as a calling, not just a job.  Our patient to nurse ratio is one of the lowest in the state.
